ALTEN Group in Belfast is seeking a proactive Supplier Performance & Data Analyst to extract, analyse, and maintain operational, production, and quality data from multiple systems. This role will provide valuable insights to support supplier reviews, drive issue resolution, and improve overall supplier performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in data analysis within supply chain/quality environments.
• Experience with ERP, data reporting and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, analyse, and consolidate data from multiple business systems to support supplier surveillance and performance activities.
• Produce reports and dashboards on supplier performance, delivery, quality, production impact, stock levels, and operational metrics.
• Support supplier reviews and business performance meetings by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
• Monitor key supplier-related activities, including quality notifications, qualification status, and corrective action progress.
• Track and report on production impacts, inventory levels, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and material availability.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting tools.
• Update and maintain supplier-related records and operational data within business systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supplier Management teams to identify and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Support the implementation and tracking of corrective actions, including 8D investigations and recovery plans.
• Provide insights and recommendations to help improve supplier performance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure reporting requirements are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.
