Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Northampton is seeking a warehouse operative to support several sites across NN4 postcodes. The role is permanent with a unique flexible working model and an annualised hours contract averaging 30 hours per week.

You will start on fixed full-time shift patterns (Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00) and then move to the People Campus flexible model. Pay is £12.71 per hour plus pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude, who is reliable, flexible and self-motivated.
• Forklift licence is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working safely and following Health & Safety procedures.
• Picking and checking stock accurately.
• Preparing customer orders to a high standard.
• Supporting housekeeping and warehouse operations.
