Job summary

GSL Education South Yorkshire are seeking a reliable General Supply Teacher to support schools in the Wakefield (WF1) area. The role offers flexible daily supply across local schools, with planning provided by the schools and the chance to experience different year groups.

You will need QTS or equivalent, an enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and strong classroom management. Daily rates range from £150 to £200 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• DBS check (enhanced) or willingness to apply for one.
• Experience delivering lessons across different year groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons using school-provided plans and resources.
• Maintain a calm, purposeful classroom atmosphere.
