Job summary

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Visitor Experience Assistant to welcome visitors at Leighton House Museum and Sambourne House, delivering friendly service and ensuring safe, enjoyable visits.

You will staff the front desk, assist with access needs, provide information about exhibitions and facilities, and support retail and events. The role is casual, with weekend rates and flexible shifts across our heritage sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline service.
• Comfortable working in a public-facing role, including interaction with diverse visitors.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well as part of a team.
