Your new role

We are currently recruiting newly qualified secondary school teachers / early career teachers of any subject in the area where Hays is active. We have several permanent, long-term, and day-to-day supply roles available. These positions offer flexibility, allowing you to choose full-time or part-time work. Your pay will reflect the responsibilities involved, which may include planning and marking—details discussed during registration with your personal consultant. As an ECT with Hays, you'll gain valuable classroom experience and opportunities to develop during your early career years. What you'll need to succeed

Applicants must provide essential documents for our compliance process, including proof of eligibility to work in the UK, recent references, teaching qualifications, and proof of address. We can assist in obtaining a DBS check if needed, which is paid for once during your engagement with Hays. Flexibility and adaptability in teaching techniques are important, as is maintaining professional conduct and adhering to safeguarding policies. We welcome applicants currently working with other agencies and can offer guaranteed contracts for financial security.
