Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking talented Teaching Assistants to support schools in Dronfield and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible working patterns and opportunities across a wide range of local primary and secondary schools, with ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment team.

You will assist teachers, work with individuals or small groups, and help foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• A positive, reliable, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for supporting children and young people.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and develop within an educational setting.
