About the Role:

This role is ideal for qualified teachers who value the opportunity to select assignments that fit their lifestyle. Working across a range of year groups within mainstream primary education, you will provide high-quality teaching cover, ensuring continuity and progress during teacher absences. You will be part of a supportive network that values your expertise and flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and lesson plans.
• Manage behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
• Adapt swiftly to different classroom settings and pupil needs.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and behaviour to class teachers and school leaders.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil development.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven teaching experience within a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Excellent classroom management skills and adaptability.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
