Job summary

Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced male and female Support Workers to join our team supporting services across Leicester. Location: Leicester. Shifts: Days & Nights available. Availability: Weekday & weekend work.

Flexible agency shifts. We are particularly interested in those with mental health, challenging behaviour, and complex care experience. PMVA training is preferred but not essential; training can be arranged for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Have previous Support Worker/care experience.
• Are confident working within challenging environments.
• Are reliable, professional and flexible.
• Can work days, nights and weekends.
• Have good communication skills.
• Are committed to providing safe, high-quality support.
• Hold PMVA training - preferred but training can be provided/arranged.
