Job summary

Servoca Nursing & Care is seeking flexible Support Workers to cover agency shifts in Beverley and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support with daily living tasks in care settings.

Shifts include days and nights with weekly pay, free training, and 24/7 consultant support. DBS is provided and renewed annually, with an optional workplace pension.

Qualifications

Experience as a Support Worker or Health Care Assistant.
Flexible shifts available (Day/Night/Weekend/Bank Holiday).
Weekly pay with holiday pay and dedicated consultant support.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to service users.
Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting).
Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
Assist during meals, including feeding where required.
Monitor observations and escalate concerns promptly.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
Provide emotional support and reassurance.
