Job summary

Home Instead Mansfield is hiring a Flexible Support Worker to provide personalised care, companionship and support to help clients stay independent in their own homes. You will be matched with clients and have minimum one‑hour visits, delivering high‑quality care in a community setting.

A valid driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle is essential; this role is DBS‑enhanced and locally based in Mansfield. We offer paid training and opportunities to progress within care.
