This opportunity is ideal for experienced Primary Teachers, Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and qualified educators looking for a better work-life balance while continuing to make a positive impact on children's learning and development.

What You ll Do:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
• Teach across relevant year groups, from Early Years and Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, depending on your experience.
• Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Adapt to different school environments, classroom routines and teaching requirements.
• Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and encourage pupils to participate in learning.
• Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate recognised teaching qualification for the role.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
