Job description

Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers

Location: East of England, Essex, Chelmsford

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day - PAYE + CPD

Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students across various subjects and age groups
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students and accommodate different learning styles
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create your own plans when necessary
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure the overall success of the educational programme

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

• Prior experience in teaching or working with students in an educational setting
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom and deliver engaging lessons

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of educational principles and best practises
• Ability to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
• Experience working as a supply teacher in a variety of school settings

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in school classrooms and educational settings
• Full-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
• May require travel between different schools within the East of England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
