Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Recent teaching experience in Primary, Secondary, SEND or alternative provision.
• Comfort delivering lessons across multiple subjects.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management; adaptable to new schools.
• Eligibility to work in the UK; DBS Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across multiple subjects following schemes of work.
• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Maintain high standards of student behaviour and engagement.
• Support learning for students across EYFS to KS5 and SEND settings.
• Assist with exam preparation, assessments, and classroom administration.
• Work with staff to ensure smooth handovers and gain experience across schools.
