Job summary

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking engaging and effective supply teachers to add to our central supply register. Supply teaching provides flexibility for teachers seeking variety or those newly qualified gaining practical experience.

We look for teachers who engage pupils, raise attainment, use positive behaviour strategies, and bring strong curricular knowledge. All staff must complete Child Protection Level 1, be registered with the Education Workforce Council, and be prepared for

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage children in stimulating and engaging lessons.
• Able to raise pupil attainment.
• Demonstrate positive behaviour management.
• Excellent curricular and subject knowledge.
• Flexible and able to adapt across different schools.
• Strong commitment to professional development.
• Must complete Child Protection Level 1 e-learning and be registered with the Education Workforce Council.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
