Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting supply teachers to cover absences across Lincolnshire and East Riding. This role offers flexible hours and placements in primary settings, ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy variety and working with students in dynamic classroom environments.

We provide support and resources to help you succeed on each placement, with competitive daily rates based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Ability to engage with students and maintain positive behaviours.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to different schools and placements.
• DBS check (Enhanced) or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Managing classroom behaviours and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Following school policies and lesson plans provided
• Reporting student progress and managing any issues that arise during the day
• Adapting to different teaching environments and needs as required
