Job Title: Flexible Supply Teacher
Location: Farnborough, Hampshire
Salary: £94 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025/ Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across various secondary subjects.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and maintain continuity in learning.
• Follow existing lesson plans while using your initiative to enhance the learning experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive space.
• Provide feedback to students and school staff on lesson outcomes and student engagement.
• Collaborate with school teams to support student progress and wellbeing.
• Be a dependable and professional presence in every school you support.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have experience teaching at the secondary level, ideally across multiple subjects.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be adaptable, proactive, and confident in new environments.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
• Have a current CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
