Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Northamptonshire. This temporary agency role offers flexible assignments in multiple schools, with duties including supporting teachers, assisting pupils and maintaining classroom routines.

Candidates should have prior TA experience, be reliable and flexible, and able to travel to various schools in the region. SEND experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning.
• Help pupils stay engaged, focused and motivated.
• Support positive behaviour and established classroom routines.
• Provide additional assistance to pupils with different learning needs.
• Follow school safeguarding procedures at all times.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms, year groups and teaching environments.
