Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring for store-based roles where colleagues provide friendly and proactive service to customers. The position offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, and some locations may offer 12-hour contracts.

Shifts are scheduled in advance with at least three weeks’ notice. You'll work across the store, assisting customers at checkout, replenishing shelves, and supporting online order picking.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with Tesco products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
