Job summary

NEXT is looking for a Shop/Packaging/Stockroom assistant to join our Leicester store on a part-time basis. You will process stock, ensure products are neatly presented, and help customers with a friendly, efficient service.

Flexible hours include Sundays and Fridays, with shifts across the week and opportunities for development within the company. The role emphasizes accuracy, pace, and teamwork, with a supportive environment and progression potential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to stay organised in a busy retail environment.
• Good communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and to a high standard (scanning, unpacking, hanging, cubing).
• Present stock attractively on sales floors or in stockrooms.
• Keep operational areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor or back areas.
• Work as part of the store team and report to Coordinators or Managers.
