Job summary

Jane Lewis Health & Social Care is recruiting a Female Autism Support Worker to assist individuals with autism in residential and community settings in Aigburth, Liverpool. You will help with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and support hobbies and social activities while building trusted relationships and promoting dignity and wellbeing.

Flexibility in shifts and competitive pay (£14.29/hour with holiday pay) are part of the package, and free comprehensive training plus DBS clearance

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in healthcare or support setting with autistic individuals.
• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Female applicants only.
• UK driving licence and willingness to drive mobility car.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting.
• Encouraging independence with daily living tasks.
• Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement.
