Candidate Source - TEAM is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer/Contractor to provide flexible shift cover, maintenance support, and breakdown response for FMCG manufacturers in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area. The role suits engineers looking for ad-hoc or ongoing contract work, with opportunities to fit around existing commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical bias, hold NVQ/HNC or apprenticeship qualifications, and have prior FMCG/factory

Qualifications

• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer background with mechanical or electrical bias.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently on customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift cover and respond to breakdowns.
• Carry out planned maintenance at FMCG facilities.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on site.
