Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a Hastings care home. This casual, part-time role involves supervising Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and supporting the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans or reviews.

You will deliver person-centred care, respect residents' dignity and preferences, and enjoy ongoing development through training opportunities. Bank shifts provide flexible working with varied hours.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Provide warm, person-centred care while maintaining residents' dignity and preferences.
• Flexible bank shifts with hours varying to cover leave and sickness.
