Job summary

Powertutors is seeking a SEND Tutor to work one-to-one with students in the Woking area, providing tailored support that helps them grow in confidence and thrive in learning.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH), a background as a Tutor or HLTA, and an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply). The role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in pupils' progress.

Qualifications

• Experienced in supporting children with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH).
• Background as a Tutor, SEN Teacher or High Level Teaching Assistant.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply).

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to SEND students on a one-to-one basis.
• Help students grow in confidence through personalized teaching.
• Deliver meaningful and personalized education tailored to individual needs.
• Minimise administrative tasks to prioritise teaching and learning.
