Salary: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Flexible / Supply / Agency Basis

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want the freedom to choose when and where you work, while making a real difference in the classroom?
We're currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, agency basis across a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Preston and Blackpool areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs.
Assist with implementing EHCPs and tailored learning plans.
Encourage pupil engagement and independence in learning.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or care settings welcome).
A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and settings.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
