Qualifications

• Experience with SEN children or vulnerable young people is desirable.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt quickly.
• Calm, patient, and supportive in nature.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across different age groups and needs.
• Work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils with SEND.
• Support pupils with learning, communication, and emotional regulation.
• Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Adapt to different classroom settings and daily requirements.
