Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a flexible Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across primary, secondary and SEN settings in South East London. This role offers control over your days, weekly pay, and meaningful classroom impact in a diverse range of schools.

You will assist with 1:1 and small-group support, help keep lessons on track, and bring calm and structure to busy classrooms. Prior experience is welcome, with a passion for helping young people.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred but not essential
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcomed
• Friendly, patient and adaptable personality
• Confident walking into new environments
• Genuine passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping teachers keep lessons engaging and on track
