We are seeking a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, fostering their learning and development.
Assist the class teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to accommodate various learning styles.
Create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, promoting confidence and independence among students.
Collaborate with fellow staff members, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's progress.
Qualifications:

Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential. Passion and willingness to learn are valued!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting diverse learning needs.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable).
