Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support pupils aged 6-16 with SEMH needs and associated challenges.
• Assist teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and act as a consistent role model.
• Encourage emotional regulation, social development and positive behaviour.
• Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
