Job summary

Reed Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Self-Employed Health & Wellbeing Coach to deliver NHS Healthier You programmes across Surrey & Sussex. Sessions are paid at £50 per 90-minute slot. The role requires travel, access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence, with 12–20 hours available per week.

You will deliver group or one-to-one coaching sessions using evidence-based methods while contributing to service quality and participant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Exercise Referral or related health promotion fields.
• Evidence of training in behaviour change delivery.
• Fully First Aid trained, with a valid certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS Healthier You Programme sessions in group and/or one-to-one settings.
• Motivate, support, and empower participants to adopt sustainable health behaviours.
• Adapt session delivery to diverse needs and learning styles; foster inclusive environments.
