TeacherActive is recruiting a Qualified Teacher to join secondary schools across Powys. The role involves delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects, with immediate start opportunities.

You will adapt to different classes, maintain behaviour standards, and support students in reaching their potential. We welcome newly qualified teachers and experienced educators alike, offering short-term and long-term placements, flexible schedules, and competitive PAYE pay rates.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• The confidence and flexibility to deliver lessons across a range of secondary school subjects.
• Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• The ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
• A proactive, adaptable and professional approach.
• The ability to follow existing lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people's learning and development.
