Connex Education Partnership is seeking enthusiastic Secondary Supply Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Stroud and the surrounding areas from October 2026 through to July 2027. Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, but applications from strong secondary classroom experience welcomed.
• Unqualified teachers with strong secondary classroom experience considered.
• Overseas-trained teachers seeking UK experience welcomed.
• Graduates with a degree and relevant classroom experience may apply.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and trainees nearing completion encouraged to apply.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching with excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, inclusion and diversity in education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of secondary subjects using school-provided planning where required.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professional conduct at all times.
