Job summary

Cover People are recruiting a qualified Secondary Supply Teacher to join a network of North Manchester schools for immediate starts. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3/KS4, with KS5 opportunities where required, and adapt to different school environments.

You'll bring QTS (ECTs considered), strong subject knowledge, and excellent classroom management to support student progress. Flexible, reliable and professional, you will thrive in a varied teaching role with regular day-to-day

Qualifications

• QTS is required to teach in UK secondary schools.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities where required.
• Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt to different schools and classroom settings.
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.
• Support pupils’ learning and wellbeing throughout the school day.
• Provide clear handover notes for the class teacher where appropriate.
