Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking an experienced Secondary SEN cover teacher to work across Medway and surrounding areas. You will cover day-to-day supply, short-term and longer placements in mainstream and specialist settings.

You will bring SEN experience, QTS, and the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners, with strong classroom management and safeguarding commitments. This role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing consultant support, CPD opportunities and the chance to impact pupils'

Qualifications

• Experience teaching in a secondary or SEN setting.
• Experience supporting students with SEN and additional learning needs.
• Able to adapt teaching for a range of needs.
• Hold QTS or equivalent UK qualification.
• Capable of KS3 to KS5 lessons.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons across KS3–KS5 in mainstream or SEN settings.
• Support pupils with diverse needs and adapt approaches.
• Maintain strong behaviour management and safeguarding.
