Vision For Education is seeking flexible Teaching Assistants to cover various secondary schools in Derby on an ad hoc basis. This role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work, with pay of £95-£110 per day.

Ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours, the role provides experience across multiple schools and year groups, with ongoing safeguarding checks and ongoing support from dedicated consultants.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Assist students with their learning, both in groups and one-to-one
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide support to students with additional needs where required
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
