Qualifications

• Qualified Secondary School Teachers with QTS.

• Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills.
• Previous secondary school experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects.
• Supervise classes and keep pupils engaged in learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils with their learning and answer questions where appropriate.
• Follow school policies and maintain high expectations of behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Adapt to different classrooms, year groups and school environments.
