Masterclass Education is recruiting for an Unqualified Teacher – Secondary School in the Horsham area. The role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, leading secondary classes, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Start date September 2026, with full-time or ad hoc/flexible contracts available. You will work across welcoming secondary schools in Horsham, gaining valuable school-based experience with ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a classroom or groups of young people.
• Confident communication and strong classroom management skills.
• A positive, adaptable and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow lesson plans.

Responsibilities
