TeacherActive is seeking confident Science Supply Teachers to support secondary schools across Salisbury, Amesbury and surrounding Wiltshire areas. You will manage classrooms, deliver theory and practical work, and adapt to varying school environments.

Ideal candidates hold QTS with a Science specialism and have KS3/KS4 experience, with strong subject knowledge and reliable attendance. Flexible workload options and competitive pay rates are offered.

Qualifications

• QTS with a Science specialism.
• Experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management.
• Confidence delivering theory and, where appropriate, safe practical learning.
• Flexibility and reliability across different school environments.

Responsibilities

• Cover day-to-day absence and pre-booked supply.
• Support short-term departmental needs across schools.
• Take on longer-term subject assignments when available.
