Job summary

Wellspring Academy Trust is seeking a relief cleaner to join a supportive cleaning team at Springwell Alternative Academy Lincoln. This casual, zero-hours role offers flexibility with no prior experience required, as full training will be provided.

You will keep classrooms, offices and washrooms clean and hygienic, performing sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and bin emptying, while sanitising washrooms and restocking supplies. Interviews are conducted virtually.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic valued.
• Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep classrooms, offices and washrooms clean and tidy.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and empty bins.
• Sanitise washrooms and restock supplies.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Occasional deep cleans during holidays.
• Lock/unlock site and ensure premises security.
