Job summary

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
• Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Undertake face-to-face and telephone consultations as appropriate.
• Prescribe in line with local and national guidance.
• Develop and review patient management plans and follow‑ups.
• Contribute to quality improvement and professional development.
