Job summary

RAC is seeking a Superflex Roadside Mechanic to join the Guildford cluster, covering Fleet and surrounding areas. You’ll work a roughly 40-hour week, with shifts from early morning to late evening, and be responsible for roadside diagnostics, tyre changes, and light repairs in your local area.

You'll receive a competitive base salary with the potential to earn up to £61,000, plus benefits and development pathways.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Provide roadside assistance and repair services.
• Manage own kit and van stock, and complete reports with accuracy.
• Deliver a flexible work pattern with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
