Job summary

Concept Care Solutions in Bath, Somerset, is seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to deliver high-quality patient care on long-term, ongoing agency assignments. You will assess and implement care plans, administer treatments, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as an Adult nurse.
• Previous experience working as an RGN.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with clinical guidelines and best practice.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual patient care.
• Administer medication and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in their health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control and health and safety procedures.
