Concept Care Solutions is currently recruiting compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) for long-term, ongoing agency assignments in Bath, Somerset.

Formación

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Experience working in a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor patients' mental health and respond to changes.
• Administer medication safely and monitor effectiveness.
• Support individuals experiencing mental health crises and distress.
• Carry out risk assessments and implement risk management plans.
• Use de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.

We are currently recruiting compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) for long-term, ongoing agency assignments in Bath, Somerset.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health care and support to individuals with a range of mental health conditions, ensuring their safety, dignity and wellbeing at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor patients' mental health and respond appropriately to changes in their condition.
• Administer medication safely and monitor its effectiveness.
• Support individuals experiencing mental health crises and periods of distress.
• Carry out risk assessments and implement appropriate risk management plans.
• Use effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote recovery, independence, dignity and patient wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control and clinical policies.

Essential Requirements

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Previous experience working within a mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and relevant care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
