Job summary

Creative Support is seeking warm, flexible Relief Support Workers for our Supported Living service in the centre of Rugeley, Staffordshire. The role involves assisting 14 individuals with a range of support needs, including personal care and medication, with shifts often in teams of 3–4.

This bank/relief position offers £12.85 per hour plus rolled up holiday pay. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months UK care experience and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK care experience essential.
• Experience with personal care, medication support, budgeting and daily tasks.
• Ability to work in teams of 3–4 staff and provide person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Flexible hours including daytimes, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Assist with day-to-day living tasks such as budgeting, shopping, and personal care.
• Collaborate with service users, families, carers and professionals to maximise outcomes.
• Be responsive to changing needs per Person Centred Plans.
• Encourage service users to express needs and choices.
