Autism Together is seeking a compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our flexible bank team across Wirral and NW Cheshire. You will support autistic individuals with daily living, attend work or day services, accompany to activities, and assist with personal care and meals. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable; relief workers need dependable attendance.
• Willingness and ability to provide personal care as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours across days, evenings and waking nights.
• Literacy and Numeracy GCSE Level.
• Willingness to learn about autism and the work of a support worker.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with activities, work or day services and community leisure.
• Assist with personal care and meals as needed.
• Prepare meals for clients and maintain a clean home environment.
• Administer medication as trained and update care records.
• Join across services, offering flexible support and companionship.
