Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited in Moray is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care across care homes and in the community. You will follow individual care plans, administer medications, and monitor patients.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years
• Warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for person-centred care
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently
• Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with individual care plans
• Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect
