Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Fully Qualified Supply Teacher for a September start in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

This role offers flexible day-to-day and short-term assignments with a guaranteed pay scheme through Teaching Personnel’s Guaranteed Work Scheme. Responsibilities include leading classes in absence of teachers, promoting positive behaviour, managing a range of KS3 & KS4 subjects, and being ready for short-notice or pre-arranged supply cover.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and be a Fully Qualified Teacher.
• Experience in classroom management is essential.
• Able to adapt quickly to different lessons and classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes during teacher absences using materials already prepared.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Confidently manage a range of KS3 & KS4 subjects.
• Support students across KS3 & KS4.
• Be ready for short-notice or pre-arranged supply cover.
