Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Casual Production Operative to join the team in Beccles. This role operates on a zero-hour, flexible shift basis, with daytime, weekend and night options. You will work in a fast-paced production environment supporting busy periods, holiday cover or increased demand.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking and prepared to join a world-class team. No fixed schedule means you can fit work around other commitments while receiving on-the-job training and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Able to perform tasks that involve extended periods of standing and manual work.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a bonus – but not essential as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Hand pack production directly from production machines while ensuring high-quality output.
• Assemble/re-assemble products as required.
• Seal and label boxes clearly and accurately.
• Leave one box per layer for PSO PPQC check.
• Erect boxes or trays as needed for packing.
• Duties may vary with time while maintaining core responsibilities.
