Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Edinburgh seeks a Legal Director or Partner to lead our Private Client practice. You will advise on complex estate planning, wealth preservation, tax and trust matters for a diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, landowners and families across domestic and international matters.

The successful candidate will drive the Scottish private wealth offering, work closely with colleagues in family law, tax and probate, and help shape the firm’s strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years post-qualification experience is required.
• Strong track record in estate planning, wealth preservation, tax and trust advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex financial arrangements and cross-border matters with colleagues in related practice areas.
• Shape the firm’s Scottish private wealth offering and deliver clear, client‑centric guidance.
