Qualifications

• Significant post-qualification experience in a recognised private client practice.
• Strong technical expertise across trusts, estates, succession planning and wealth tax.
• Experience advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Portable client following or clear business case for growth is advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to win, retain and develop client work.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a broad range of private client matters including wills, trusts and probate.
• Providing tax-efficient wealth structuring advice to individuals and families.
• Building and maintaining relationships with wealth managers and other introducers.
• Leading and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development.
• Participating in business development and strategic growth initiatives.
• Developing and expanding a personal client portfolio to support team success.
