Vision for Education Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary pupils across Thornaby. This flexible, ad hoc role suits those seeking varied experience in education and a better work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with pupils.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom resources.
• Help manage classroom behaviour.
• Support pupils with additional needs where required.
